Information handled by the college management platform
College management systems can contain sensitive student and employee information. Institutional administrators should define their own applicable privacy notice and retention policy.
Data entered by institutions
Depending on the modules used, the system may hold identity and contact information, course and attendance data, submissions, examination marks, fee records, activity registrations and campus allocation records.
Storage and access
This cPanel build stores operational data in the MySQL database selected by the institution. Uploaded documents use a server directory configured outside the public web root. Access permissions are enforced by the application and must be tested for each institution's workflow.
Retention and deletion
Institution operators control hosting, backups and retention procedures. Removing a visible record does not automatically remove every backup. This informational page is not a substitute for a legal privacy policy issued by the data controller.
